Ginny’s Barn is a charming 4 star self catering barn conversion at Orchard Hill Farm, at the edge of the small rural Nottinghamshire village of Askham, offering character and modern living for 2 guests.

The barn has been sympathetically renovated to an open plan nature, this retains it’s country feel and charm, with traditional country furnishings. Making it a lovely base for a year round break.
 
The barn (sleeps 2) offers a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, with an electric wood burning effect stove. One double bedroom, with en-suite including shower and heated towel rail, all on the ground floor. Original exposed oak cross beams and a stable-style door give a country atmosphere.  The floor is natural slate with under-floor heating throughout.
 
There is an open grassed area adjacent to the front of the property, along with a sitting area with table and chairs. Two dogs welcome in Ginny's Barn at and additional charge.
